Director
Alfred Marchi is the owner and president of Paragon Realty Corporation and has been a leading figure in the Greater Vancouver commercial real estate market for over 40 years. A graduate of UBC’s Sauder School of Business with a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics, he holds the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. In addition to his extensive industry experience, Mr. Marchi dedicated 12 years to teaching at BCIT’s School of Business, specializing in Real Estate Finance, Asset Management, and Commercial Real Estate. He has also contributed to the BC Real Estate Association and served on the Advisory Education Committee of the Real Estate Council of BC. As the Managing Broker of Paragon Realty, he is licensed in strata management, property management, and trading services, and remains active as a member of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board’s Commercial Division.

Michael Brown is a seasoned real estate development professional with over 20 years of experience, currently serving at Trillium Project Management, where he has led development management services since 2014. His career includes key roles at Concert Properties Ltd., Mosaic Homes, and Intrawest, with a focus on residential and master-planned developments. He holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a BA in Economics from Queen’s University. Based in Vancouver, Michael is recognized for his strategic leadership in complex projects and his long-standing volunteer contributions to the BC chapter of the Urban Land Institute.

Glenn Pollock is a long-serving city councillor in Port Coquitlam, BC, first elected in 2008 and re-elected in 2022 for another four-year term. With over a decade of experience as a constituency assistant to MLA Mike Farnworth, Glenn brings deep knowledge of local issues, particularly in housing, homelessness, and poverty reduction. He has played a pivotal role in delivering approximately 500 affordable housing units, including a landmark project for women that integrates daycare and health services. Glenn has also championed community initiatives such as the Port Coquitlam Recreation Centre, downtown redevelopment, improved transit, and urban forest expansion. His support for innovative housing solutions like rent-to-own models reflects his commitment to ensuring accessible, safe housing for all residents.
Estrella is Aurora Housing Society’s inaugural project—a thoughtfully designed 40-unit rental building located at the intersection of 9th Avenue West and Lisa Walters Drive in Prince Rupert, British Columbia. This development aims to provide secure, high-quality housing for middle-income individuals and families, addressing the city's pressing need for affordable accommodations.
Project Status: Estrella is currently under construction and is anticipated to welcome its first residents in early 2026.
